What the early-access form collects
- Email address: to identify your signup and contact you about access.
- Target role: to understand what you are preparing for.
- Interview date: optional context you may choose to provide.
- Signup receipt and time: to confirm the saved submission and prevent duplicate signups.
The form does not request card details, a résumé, audio, video or a job description. The sample interview shown on the homepage does not record your microphone or camera.
How information is used
Your signup details are used to manage early-access invitations, understand the roles people want to practise for, and respond to requests about your signup. Joining the list does not start a paid subscription.
If the interview product later asks for documents or recordings, the information about that processing must be provided before collection.
Storage and service providers
In this local preview, signup records are saved on the development machine. Production hosting, service providers, processing locations and retention periods still need to be confirmed before this policy is published.
To request access to your information, a correction or deletion, email help@velora-vr.com using the address you signed up with. Do not send card numbers or identity documents in an initial request.
Conversion measurement
The website can record a successful signup event using a generated receipt identifier. The event contains no email, target role or interview date. It is emitted after a saved submission.
Live Google Ads measurement is disabled in the local preview. The production tracking setup and relevant consent choices must be confirmed before launch.
Browser storage and your choices
The website uses a short-lived receipt cookie and session storage to display signup confirmation and avoid repeat conversion events. See the Cookie Policy for the current storage details.
You can manage browser storage through your browser settings and contact us with questions about your information. Applicable data-protection rights remain unaffected.
