Cancel a paid subscription
If you have an existing paid Velora subscription, email help@velora-vr.com to request cancellation. Include the email address associated with your subscription and identify the service as VELORA VR.
Request cancellation before renewal to stop the next charge. Cancellation and a refund request are separate: say in your message if you are requesting both.

€0.01 for the first 1 day.
Unless cancelled, automatically renews at €29.99 every 28 days.
These amounts describe the advertised paid offer. Joining early access does not start that offer.
Request a refund within 30 days
If you are not satisfied with your paid Velora subscription, you are eligible to request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, without penalties.
Email help@velora-vr.com with your subscription email, purchase date, payment reference if available, and a brief explanation of the request. Do not send a full card number or security code.
Our support team will acknowledge your request and confirm the next steps and processing timeframe. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
